Mat Staver, Founder and Chairman of Liberty Counsel, shared an update prior to the September 28, 2016, trial of Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore before the Court of the Judiciary, regarding a complaint about an order he had written following the U.S. Supreme Court's Obergefell decision on same-sex marriage.
